  Alex help me on my visit. He was so great. Great customer service skills. He was very positive about my weight loss and going down to a smaller size. I will be returning to that store again very soon.

  Today I had a really amazing experience at DXL. The sales associate Assisted me in finding a jacket for my father for Christmas. He runs 6X to 7X And it’s hard to find those sizes, but they had them in stock. The sales associate was so kind and we share stories about family and value. I’m really big on those things so it meant something to me When he shared things about his family. This was my first time visiting, but it won’t be my last. You guys have another forever customer.

  November 2, 2025: I love DXL, and usually go to these store all over DFW. I usually get greeted by the store associates and am asked if I need help with anything as soon as I walk in, this time not even a glimpse my direction even though the store was empty. But when I finally asked for some help, the tone of the voice of both employees felt aggressive and seemed like I was bothering them. I asked for some pants and tried to get some business casual tech pants and I use the term golf pants because he didn’t understand what I meant, the employee immediately shut me down and said “We don’t sell golf pants”. Then I went to go with him to the tech pants section that I was talking about, which he knew what I was talking about Initially then asked me to pick a size and I gave him two options and he said pick one. I immediately called him out and left I didn’t feel respected and both employees had a dismissive and condescending tone of voice.

  This place was amazing! Paul, our salesman was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He never once had to ask my son for a size and we bought jackets, pants, and shirts - that’s a gift! 🙌🏼😅 Paul made excellent recommendations and styled my son beautifully. We could have never done this ourselves. Loved how we had the store almost to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon. Would definitely recommend this place and we will for sure be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  If I could give this location ten stars, I absolutely would and it's because of Kenny and Brad. I had 2.5 hours to get my husband a suite before he was getting on a flight. I called this location and Kenny took care of me. He was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that items were waiting for me at the register. I arrived to the store and Brad assisted me further. His patience, knowledge and humor were so appreciated in the midst of a stressful time. Bonus-my husband loves the suite.
