There was a gentlemen with shaggy hair he kept following me around but not the other shoppers around me. I went downstairs and another gentlemen was watching me in the women’s clearance section. When I didn’t find anything I headed towards the escalator when I saw the first Hispanic guy coming down the escalator I’m assuming was looking for me. I was wanting to buy a pair of shoes but not after that encounter. And by the looks at another review I’m not alone.

He is a gentleman with strong communication skills, good at number crunching, and high efficiency. He can accurately strike a balance between the interests of merchants and customers. He protects the interests of the merchants he works for, and makes customers happily accept his fair treatment. Especially in the communication with Ray, I really felt his kind nature of caring for customers and his frankness. I hope that no matter where I am, I can often see people like Ray, who treats others genuine and friendly.
