- FMFranco Moreno3 days ago1.0First off, the girl i ordered the shoes with in-store ordered me the wrong size. She said the order couldn't be cancelled and to just bring them in for me to get a full refund. Cool. Now I come to return them and because they're out of ink I have to drive myself to return them at UPS and I have to pay $7 from my refund to return them, when it was a mistake from their end. Keep in mind I live an hour away, so that's already inconvenient. I ended up ordering the correct size shoe and cheaper online anyway, so I most definitely will not be coming back to buy in-store lol

The next day Pixie and their coworker were also super helpful in getting me my size in a pair of Mary Janes and got me checked out super fast on my lunch break. Thanks guys!
