  While visiting our son in Dallas, to include our new 8-month old grandson, we all went shopping in the Highland Park Village on 3/13/2026. We stopped at the Vacheron store to verify the authenticity of a very old wrist watch my wife's deceased father left to our son. The store is very nice and the staff was very friendly and polite ... no issues there. While in the store, my lovely bride (of 44 years) expressed an interest in a woman's Overseas Quartz watch as a memory of her father wearing a Vacheron. Since we are well aware that watch and jewelry stores rarely sell products at full tagged price (we've purchased many Rolex, Breitling and Tag Heuer watches over the years) we asked the sales rep what the best price would be for the Overseas Quartz watch … the answer, which both I and my wife heard: $31,000 ... which is still pricey, but we agreed to that price. Unfortunately, we were too trusting, and distracted by a credit card processing issue and being shown how to remove/replace the band options, and therefore, did not review the invoice immediately. Although, I did have a flash of “wow, they must have a wicked luxury tax in Texas” as I plunked down our credit card. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice they incorrectly charged us the full tagged price of $36,200 (plus tax) instead of the quoted $31,000 until we returned home to Colorado and unpacked the watch box with the invoice enclosed. We contacted the store and they responded, "that's what the price tag showed and that is what you were charged." As a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, I’m very disappointed with what could be interpreted as deceitful business practices, but I’m still hoping it was merely an invoicing error. Based on the store's response, I’m assuming they’ve never sold a watch for less than the full tagged price? Frankly, it’s very hard to imagine a professional sales representative “forgetting” the price they quoted a mere 10 minutes before ringing up the sale. Having said all that, we’re still hoping they will look into their heart and soul, and know that as a military officer and a medical professional, we both live by very high standards of integrity and would not “lie” about something like this. Nonetheless, we've escalated this unsettling experience to the Vacheron Constantin corporate offices. It’s very sad that what originally was a tribute to my lovely bride’s deceased father, will now be marred by the memory of this invoicing error … not a favorable memory of our first encounter with Vacheron-Constantin.

  Beautiful boutique, with an absolutely wonderful customer service. After having a lunch with my wife next door to Vacheron Constantin boutique, we have decided to stop by and look at some incredibly beautiful time pieces at VC. I have never imagined that this is going to be the day I’ll get my first Vacheron Constantin watch. But after receiving absolutely exceptional experience at the boutique,I knew today was the day.Every person in there made us feel like at home ,Eric our sales consultant was just pleasure to deal with absolutely perfect person to represent such a exclusive brand.We definitely will be back to purchase more time pieces from this boutique.

  Very nice boutique! It would be so easy for a Trinity watchmaker to be stuffy and pretentious; however, that was not my experience. Kelli was very professional and easy to work with. She sized my watch in just a few moments after helping me order a couple extra links.

  I've had several incredible, world-class experiences at the VC boutique in Dallas over the past few months. All of the employees treated my family and I with kindness and respect. They made us feel special and took care of us. Diana was my sales rep; she was friendly, knowledgable and the communication was excellent. This was the best experience I have had buying a watch and I would highly recommend this boutique!
