Every single time I visit the Cole Haan store at NorthPark, I am met with the same experience. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and no offer of assistance. Not even a simple “hello.” I usually end up having to search for an associate if I need help and most of the time, I don’t even bother.
While I personally don’t demand over the top service but the complete lack of basic customer courtesy is unacceptable, especially for a premium brand. The experience was particularly disappointing when I brought my wife with me. We both received zero engagement from staff, which left a poor impression.
At this point, I only visit this location to see products in person before ordering online, because the in-store experience offers no value. Ironically, the Cole Haan Outlet store provides significantly better service, with associates who actually greet customers and offer help which is something that should be standard, not exceptional.
I’ve noticed management responses on other reviews apologizing for similar concerns, but unfortunately, those replies feel meaningless when nothing ever changes. This appears to be a consistent, systemic issue at this location.
For a brand positioned as premium, this level of service is deeply disappointing. Leadership should take a serious look at the culture, training, and accountability within this store.
