I also loved that she was wearing the shoes as well so she was able to explain the parts she loved the most. I will absolutely be back!

Within 2 months the strap to wristlet came off (if I had to put it in laymen's terms the nuts and bolts that hold the strap to the wristlet came off). On my repair form it says allow 2-4 weeks turnaround for standard repairs. The manager calls me back today (10/30/24 after multiple calls) to inform me that my product is at their repair facility in New York. In four days this boutique would have my product for 3 months. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me the wristlet is made to stay in the purse to hold a phone or keys; not to be used outside of the purse. Sir that purse is over $1,000. I can wear it around my neck if I wanted to. Needless to say that will be my last Louboutin purchase and definitely not in that boutique.
