Great experience here! I tried on a variety of shoes from different brands on the Nordstrom side of the store and ultimately decided upon the Louboutins (which were actually listed as out of stock in my size online). I was able to purchase through Nordstrom at the Louboutin stand and the process was seamless.

Amazing customer service.I was buying my first pair of these shoes, and they treated me nice, They waited patiently with me. No one had a attitude with me.

I visited this particular location today, inside of Nordstrom‘s at the mall when my boyfriend and I walked in we were completely ignored. I had to walk up to a sales associate (black hair) and ask her to pull issue for me and she acted as if it was an inconvenience for her. She comes back, lays the shoes down and walks away and goes and has a conversation with other employees. I literally stood there for minutes in front of three employees, while no one said a word to me a gentleman from the other side of the store walked up and ask them to help me after I tried on the shoe and it wasn’t the right size. I asked her to bring me a different size and she comes back with an attitude and says they don’t have it. I literally walked out and went to the Highland Park Village store where I was treated the complete polar opposite! They were so nice and respectful to me & helped me with EVERYTHING without attitudes we purchased three paid or shoes.

Be careful ordering items from this location they will fight over commission and mess your order up completely. I ordered a pair of boot and handbag to be delivered from this location and after I left the store the employees exchanged my order so that they got credit. By doing so it made the item appear to be returned, not exchanged. When I received my order it was packages poorly and and UPS mishandled it even worse. (At that time I didn't think much about it).
I opened the box and only saw the boots. I reached out to Nordstrom Credit department a few days later once I noticed the charge was still on my card. After a few weeks I finally heard back and they told me to call the customer service department. I reached out to them and after a few weeks I got a letter saying the items had be exchanged in store with no tracking info, so it appeared I left the store that day with the item. I called the CL department of Nordstorm several times and was never given the call backs that I was promised.
After several attempts i went into the store and was promised a call back by management, but again never got it. I went to Javier on three separate occasions and on the third visit a manager was there and pulled the UPS info which stated both items were shipped due to weight. At that time is when I thought back to the poorly shipped box that barely had tape closing it.
The Area Manager called today ad said they will not be helping me and that I can not file a claim that they do to keep track, but when I sent her the information and asked for them to start it she has yet to reply.
BOTTOM LINE EVERYONE GOT WHAT THEY WANTED BUT ME AND NOW I AM PAYING FOR IT AFTER NORDSTORM GOT PAID, BOTH STORE ASSOCIATES, IT HELPED THE STORE & AREA MANAGER HIT QUOTE AND I HAVE A BILL WITH NO PURSE
