All she did was looking at her phone and texting. There isn’t any smile from every single sales assistant.. most of them think they “own” Chanel instead of working for Chanel. Don’t bother to visit.

Instead of being helpful, his attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful. I expect basic courtesy when shopping, and Korey showed none of it. I will not be returning after this experience.

The girls are amazing. then head on over to the little restaurant Bistro 31 that’s just a little walking distance and have yourself a Chanel cocktail.
