Several associates were standing off to the side, yet no one approached me, even though there were no other customers in the store. When I asked for help, two female associates asked a male associate to assist me instead. Shortly after, a few women entered carrying Hermes bags, and I noticed multiple sales associates immediately rush over to assist them. This experience made me feel ignored and unvalued as a customer.

I know it was my mistake to not checking the item, but I thought a boutique in such a brand are not to suspect, I was wrong That day I didn’t have my glasses with me, and I asked him to check for scratches , I trusted him, and it was the item in the front everyone is trying on, so I assumed it may have scratches, but he assured me it’s perfect, and didn’t grab a new one . I didn’t even see the scratches, I came just for an exchange the cushion to a classic!!!!

But so what… that shouldn’t make a difference. I explained that I was looking for glasses. I was told that all they had there was sunglasses. Fine, I didn’t have a problem taking a look at what they did have at that location. I was redirected to two other places that specialized in Cartier prescription glasses. Okay, however it was very, very clear that the two ladies that I encountered were not in the least bit interested in showing me the sunglasses. Little did they know I was interested in both. But I will never beg a person(s) that’s disrespectful of me to take my money. You wanted me gone, fine I left and took my money with me.
