  I entrusted a very sentimental watch to Cartier for servicing, and although there was some initial confusion regarding the repair details, the way the team ultimately handled the situation was exceptional. The manager Ben and the sales associate Ramisa, demonstrated true professionalism and care in resolving the matter. They took ownership of the misunderstanding and ensured the watch received the full service it needed. In the end, the entire repair was completed and shipped back to me beautifully. Their willingness to make things right speaks volumes about the level of service and integrity associated with Cartier. I am very grateful for the attention and care shown to both me and such a meaningful piece. Thank you Ben & Ramisa!

  Exceptional Service Advisor!!! recently picked up my watch from the Dallas Cartier boutique, and I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Abby. My watch was in for service for about 7 months—a significant delay considering the original estimate was 6 to 8 weeks. While the wait was frustrating due to ongoing quality control issues with the piece, Abby was the reason I stayed patient. She kept me updated on the status every step of the way and was incredibly pleasant and professional during every single conversation. When it was finally time to pick up my watch last week, Abby went above and beyond by making sure the entire service charge was waived to make up for the delay. It is rare to find someone who handles difficult situations with such grace and genuine care for the customer. If you have any service needs at this boutique, ask for Abby—she is exceptional!"

  I had a wonderful experience at the Cartier Dallas Boutique thanks to Barbara. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process of purchasing my ring. I was debating between two ring sizes, and her years of experience truly made a difference. Thanks to her thoughtful guidance, I was able to make a confident and wise decision — and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. She also took the time to share the history of the Cartier brand, which made the experience even more meaningful. Barbara made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. I’m truly grateful for her exceptional service and highly recommend asking for her when you visit!

  Andrew B was absolutely amazing! He was the best SA. Had been at a work thing all day, showed up at 515 to buy our wedding bands so totally expected to feel rushed as they close at 6. Andrew B was so great, he took the best care of us. After we paid, and were waiting for our rings to be boxed up, my fiancé changed his mind about his ring and Andrew B did not even wince at the request. He exchanged them and even rewrapped the other ring just as beautiful as he had done moments before. He’s 10/10

  This was my very first time in the Dallas Cartier store and I loved working with Alana! At first I hurried through and got a 52mm(size 6) small gold love ring. I went home with it all wrapped up and tried it on and it was too big and decided the smaller size would be better for me. I sent it back due to living over 6 hours away. Alana was very helpful and ordered the smaller size for me since it wasn’t available at the time in store. The exchange process was very quick and easy due to Alana’s help. Recommend Alana when coming to this location. Will be buying again in the future!
