The lady lectured me about keeping the lense wrapped and told me Hugo doesn't offer warranty on their products. I called to verify I'd talked to the manager and she told me it was who I talked to. I've spent a few thousand dollars at this store - it feels good to have things that people are proud to make. The flip side is it's embarrassing to wear overpriced junk that's just marked up because it's branded. I'll be rotating into other brands.
