  Horribly managed store the guy I suppose who was the manager was too busy on his phone ignoring customers the girls working there had very bad attitude unhelpful unprofessional needs improvement in better management

  I went into the store last week and bought a shirt as a gift. My boyfriend didn’t like it, so I came back to return it. I purposely didn’t return it during Black Friday because I knew the mall would be packed. This time, the experience was completely different. No one greeted me when I walked in, unlike last week. I told them I was returning a shirt, and neither associate said a single word to me. The girl handed it to the guy to check, and he looked it over like he was trying to find something wrong with it. He even “acted” like there was a stain—if there was, they gave it to me that way because the shirt was never worn. They processed the return without saying anything. No “thank you,” no explanation of how long the refund would take, nothing. I get that some people wear things and return them, but I’m not one of them. The whole interaction felt very judgmental and unprofessional. They should really train their employees better. Had they simply been polite or welcoming, I would’ve considered coming back. Won’t be returning to this location again.
