- AYAshanti YNov 5, 20251.0I will not be coming back to this location.I came back today to do a return and I took the tag off which I get the policy but I still did bring back the tag .What upset me that while talking to another manger she sat there and accused me of wearing the top and bringing it back and every time I come to this location the product are always dirty the top was dirty when I bought it and the cashier didn’t take the time out to even look at it. This manger also said that if it was damage then it would have been a final sell and I can’t return it which I was not informed of because the cashier didn’t check the top. The whole experience was really upsetting cause there were better was to talk to a customer about policy. This happened at the offline side of the store.

Instead of helping they were talking together and completely ignoring me. I finally put all the clothes down and left the store. They should close the store if they can't provide customer service

The denim section had plenty of fits to choose from, while Aerie and OFFLINE carried comfortable loungewear and activewear that actually felt good in hand. The store was easy to browse without feeling crowded, and the fitting rooms were clean and practical. Staff weren’t overly pushy but stepped in with help when needed, which made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.”
- DKDeborah KeeleySep 8, 20255.0I came in originally looking for some baggy jeans after finding out that American Eagle actually carries my size (I'm petite and it is a STRUGGLE to find truly petite jeans) so I was very pleasantly surprised to be immediately greeted and shown not only where the baggy jeans were but where the Stovepipe jeans were which I didn't know what they were at first but Chelsea walked me through the different type of jeans and did so with the greatest attitude! I ended up getting the stovepipe which were a much more fitting cut for me and I didn't even need to get to the checkout before someone offered to help me and I couldn't help but mention how sweet Chelsea was because she just made my trip so much better and the lady helping me checkout made sure to fill me in on the benefits of the app (super helpful, thank you again Angie!) and she had such a sweet attitude! Please don't hesitate to ask for either of them, they were so kind and efficient.

This is 2025 you guys should be ashamed of yourselves! Black people are everywhere and it's old to try the whole "omg what will they steal" reaction when you see one come into your store! This will NOT GO DOWN LIGHTLY because this is a abomination to how things are going these days.Everyone is accepted no matter race,gender or sexual orientation! All should be welcome no matter what!
