Was shopping for some leggings for my girl and asked for help and they just ignore you like they had better things to do. I assumed they did but they just went and talked to their friends? You guys need better employees that are actually welcoming and just stop hiring anybody especially big people/uglies with attitudes 😂 you cant be both.
- SHSydney HarrisDec 6, 20252.0Just left the store and found a sweater with my boyfriend and we just wanted to know if it was included in the 40 percent he said "no" and playfully said just kidding and said yes. My boyfriend and I laughed it off and he wanted to try it on and started heading to the mens fitting rooms and he goes yeah man try it on the women's fitting rooms are over here and we thought he was joking again and continued to go to the mens fitting rooms and they were all locked and then I asked the lady at the counter about the locked fitting rooms and she goes you have to go to the women's fitting rooms and so we are walking over there and the same guy who was playful in the beginning goes "oh I told you that the women's fitting rooms were open " and I advised him that you have been playful since we got in the store so we did not know if you were serious or not . Like at the end of the day have a great time at work but when someone needs some damn help , help us the first time and keep your jokes to yourself .

- LNLizette NavaOct 5, 20251.0I call before coming to this store to make sure I can have my security tag removed sinced I purchased it and didn’t have the receipt. Not only to the employees treat me like it’s my fault it wasn’t removed and proceeded to tell me there was no way I had already been told okay on the phone. If you don’t want customers coming back mad maybe do your job correctly next time
