  Received a hoodie from my son for Christmas and it was too big. I took it in store today to exchange, but they didn’t have the size I needed. I waited in that atrocious line only for the cashier to tell me the item was sold out online. She refers me to the Galleria and Southlake stores. The item is NOT sold out online….not sure what that was about. To be honest, I’m not entirely impressed by the quality of this brand anyway. I’ll be returning altogether and sticking with the “other” athleisure brand…

  Mal servicio, compré una tarjeta de regalo para mi pareja, la cual hasta la fecha no se ha podido activar, ni en línea, ni en la tienda física, fuimos a esta tienda y solo nos dijeron que habláramos al número, llamé, me hicieron esperar 1 hora y media y me colgaron así de fácil

  I would like to give them the zero they deserve for deceptive practices. I purchased a gift card via AMEX. Have evidence of the purchase. Recipient tries to use the card and it has a zero balance. Store says there’s nothing they can do. Upon research appears to be a common practice and issue with Alo. They need to be investigated for recognizing unearned revenue on these transactions. I wish I’d known their 1.4 Trust Pilot score and of all of the complaints, allegations, etc. regarding this brand before giving them my money.

  So many employees at the store to just stares at you, I was trying on jacket on the floor the employees just staring making me feel uncomfortable they keep staring at evey moves you do I understand your job is to watch people but leave them alone if they need it or go to help to put them back on the hanger if you are customer service obsessed lol, he was next to me keep watching but didn't even help to put them back on hanger nothing just standing. the quality is awful you can see the fabric is piling already I don't know why they act like it's luxury store it's funny.
