  I had a very upsetting experience at this store. Although the store was technically closed, I was allowed inside to do an exchange and was given permission by an employee to briefly look around. Shortly after, another employee his name is Hector he publicly accused me of lying in front of other staff and customers. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. I expect respectful communication from staff, especially in front of others.

  truly disappointed and disgusted by the customer service I experienced today at this location. I drove over an hour just to looked down on and judged by the employees. walking inside the store and asked for the men’s section then was told “it was in the back of the store” she continued to fold clothes after she responded. the lady not once asked what I was looking for or showed me where the men’s section was at. I made by way to the back of the store where then I saw a gentleman and was seeking help and an opinion. I then asked where I could find something similar to what he had on, he asked what color and size. Which I responded with Large as what I assume to be a manager mocked me and said “You a large?” Which I responded no, and explained it was a gift. I continued to explain to the gentleman I wasn’t picky and just needed any set in a Large. Which he then responded that he would the back for me. Within 2 minutes he comes outside and says there’s nothing in a size Large for me in anything. I explained any color, any style in a Large and he responded by saying “No, there wasn’t anything there for me.” He advised me to just order and I asked him if he could check another location. To which he sighed and said “Let me check.” With an attitude and another employees looking at me up and down as I was just seeking help. I left there not feeling helped or wanted there. It is truly upsetting to be treated like this as a guest that I’ve shopped at many locations. I don’t know if I was judged by how I was dressed, my skin tone, or even my accent but I truly felt unsafe and that is what this company stand for, I will no longer support.

  This is the best location!! We live closer to Clearfork and Southlake but prefer to drive to the NorthPark location because the customer service is unmatched. Everyone here is so attentive and kind. They pull the sizes you need especially when your hands are already full. I was honestly shocked when I went to locations like Clearfork and was never greeted or helped, that’s the type of Alo customer service you see people talking about on the internet that defers people from purchasing.

  Received a hoodie from my son for Christmas and it was too big. I took it in store today to exchange, but they didn’t have the size I needed. I waited in that atrocious line only for the cashier to tell me the item was sold out online. She refers me to the Galleria and Southlake stores. The item is NOT sold out online….not sure what that was about. To be honest, I’m not entirely impressed by the quality of this brand anyway. I’ll be returning altogether and sticking with the “other” athleisure brand…

  Mal servicio, compré una tarjeta de regalo para mi pareja, la cual hasta la fecha no se ha podido activar, ni en línea, ni en la tienda física, fuimos a esta tienda y solo nos dijeron que habláramos al número, llamé, me hicieron esperar 1 hora y media y me colgaron así de fácil
