  Really disappointed with my experience here. I came in excited and fully planning to spend money because I love Alo products, but the customer service was rude and uncomfortable. I was watched closely the entire time, and when I asked a question about an item I wanted to buy,I was then told “we are closed” with no warning that closing time was approaching and no assistance at all. I previously worked at an Alo and we would never treat customers this way. I left without purchasing anything and won’t be returning to this location.

  I recently visited this location to do some Christmas shopping after hearing many positive things. The associates I interacted with were extremely helpful and welcoming. However, my experience was overshadowed by the conduct of the store manager, Morgan. After introducing herself, she proceeded to watch me closely throughout the store and gave me what felt like very disapproving looks. As a long-time customer who has spent a considerable amount here, I was disappointed and uncomfortable. As a person of color, I felt that I was being unfairly judged and racially profiled, which left a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not plan to return. I considered holding back this review but it has incredibly hurt me. Will not be returning.

  I have never been to Alo or heard of the brand until recently. Shopping around with a friend, we decided to stop inside because she had an outfit in mind, she wanted to buy. From the moment we walked in were greeted with warm welcome & people eager to help.he best help by far was from the manager Anthony, he ushered us in with the “Alo experience”. His hospitality and enthusiasm for the brand & customer service was refreshing to experience. He helped my friend buy the perfect outfit from head to toe. When the quarter zip she wanted was out of stock in the winter frost color she absolutely adored, he helped provide plenty of solutions to aide the dilemma. I had no interest in buying from this store before, but now I am intrigued & wouldn’t want to purchase from any other store than this one.

  I'm not sure who the dude in the cool clear looking glasses was, but, wow, what a great employee. Hope that guy gets treated WELL. We originally went in for a shirt and left with multiple outfits, just because I felt the store deserved it. 😆
