  MorganS was great! Super resourceful and very proactive in helping me. She even went and got me the half zip color I needed. As someone who only shops Alo online, it’s a 10/10 for me at this store

  Okkaaaay 10/10 on customer service!! Every single person in there is so nice and helpful. Met Morgan (store manager) and she was so bubbly and made shopping there so much fun! The sales associate behind the counter was also such a delight. I can’t say it enough but sometimes when you have to right people helping you, it truly is an amazing experience. I went into a competitor store and not a single greet of hello or welcome. Made my experience at the Alo (Galleria) so much more impressive!

  Really disappointed with my experience here. I came in excited and fully planning to spend money because I love Alo products, but the customer service was rude and uncomfortable. I was watched closely the entire time, and when I asked a question about an item I wanted to buy,I was then told “we are closed” with no warning that closing time was approaching and no assistance at all. I previously worked at an Alo and we would never treat customers this way. I left without purchasing anything and won’t be returning to this location.
