Brought it to this Valentino store once we came back to the United States, only to find out that Michael found it amusing that I couldn’t use my bag while on vacation. He literally laughed on my face. I ignored his comments, the bag was sent out to replace a zipper. I called the store several times to check on the bag but the very first time I called the response back to me was “well did I call you? If I don’t call you that means your bag is not ready”. Weeks went by before my bag was finally returned. I once again went back to this Valentino store to pick it up, this time there was a lady there who was even more rude than Michael was. I wanted to know where the bag was sent for repairs and if they were part of Valentino. I was told that if I wanted that I should’ve shipped it to Europe. There’s no customer service whatsoever at this place. I will not be going back to the store again.
