Very unwelcoming, had an attitude, and couldn’t answer basic questions without being annoyed. Luckily there was another employee there who was better, and I fell in love with the bag I looked at. Otherwise I would have walked straight out. Shame on you for judging people off looks! Do better.

I texted twice and called and nobody responds back to me with the status. I expressed today the importance of actually getting a call back- yet, no call. I just need to know the status of my straps and don’t have time to keep reaching out over and over.
