  I couldn’t upload my pictures to my earlier review, so I’m going to post what I said again with pics this time: I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a nice appreciation gift today so I purchased the Riveting Roses & Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries - Single Bouquet. Y'all not only did I purchase the Deliver Within the Hour option and they were two hours late, but please look at what was advertised versus what he got. He was grateful, but it is problematic to purchase something this expensive and it not be what you bought. Plus- isn't it illegal to false advertise?

  Nightmare. Don’t order edible arrangements when this is the stores physical address. They just leave the delivery somewhere random and claim it to be delivered. Then they blame third parties. When you try to confront them they accuse you of raising your voice and hang up. Terrible customer service. Listen to all the reviews.

  Order number W2013475508-1 Horrible Experience – w/ Edible Arrangements located at: 407 N Lamar Street Suite 180 Dallas, IX 75202 My order was scheduled for delivery on 3/12/26. At 1:00 PM, the tracking said “out for delivery with three deliveries ahead.” By 5:00 PM there was still no delivery, so I called the store. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive when I simply asked for an update. When the order finally arrived to my niece at 6:45 PM, it was completely unacceptable. The arrangement was disheveled, the fruit was warm, the chocolate was melted, and much of the fruit had fallen into the bag. The order also included a balloon, yet only a string arrived with no balloon attached. What makes this worse is that this location is only 5–10 minutes from the delivery address. This experience was embarrassing and incredibly disappointing for me as the sender. I expect a full refund.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I paid full delivery price. On delivery day by 1pm my order status read, “Your order is out for delivery, with three deliveries ahead of yours”. By 5pm still no delivery. I called the store to inquire about the status. The owner was extremely rude & unforgiving. The order finally arrived to my niece @ 6:45pm., completely disheveled, warm fruit, melted chocolate, fruit had fallen in the bag and a string with no balloon. Side Note that the delivery address was only 5-10 minutes from the Edible Arrangement location.
