  If I could give this place in Highland Park minus zero stars, I’d give it negative five. I have NEVER experienced such horrendous customer service in my life. Not once, not twice – every single time I walk in every associate completely ignores you. No one asks if you need help or what you’re looking for or if they can assist you w anything. They just walk right past you like you’re invisible. It’s beyond unprofessional!!!!!! This place desperately needs serious customer service training – or better yet, the entire staff replaced. DIOR needs to take a long, deep hard look at the quality of this store’s service. Dallas clearly does not deserve a good reputation tied to such poor treatment. This level of neglect is so unacceptable. The only reason these people get paid and have a job is because of people like us who come to the store and spend thousands our dollars so they can get paychecks. They should be chasing me not other way around. That’s NOT how it works!!!!!

  I purchased this Dior bag from your store 10 months ago for $3,000. I have only used it two or three times, and each time very carefully. The bag has always been stored properly and handled with great care. Recently, I noticed discoloration and returned to the store to address the issue. Instead of acknowledging my concern, I was told it was “color transfer.” I respectfully disagree. I have not worn a pink outfit with this bag, so I do not understand how there could be any pink color transfer. This explanation feels like an attempt to avoid responsibility rather than properly assess the situation. I was also disappointed by the attitude of the sales representative, who was dismissive and unhelpful. As a loyal customer who invested $3,000 in this bag, I expected better service and support. Labeling this as a preventable external stain rather than a potential manufacturing or finish issue — and then charging a repair fee — is extremely disappointing. This is not a small purchase; it represents hard-earned money. I am requesting a thorough re-evaluation of this bag by a senior specialist or client care representative. I would appreciate a fair and professional resolution to this matter.

  Been there twice the first time was fine. The second time I went I asked if there is a café upstairs and the sales person she kept correcting me “it’s fine dining”
