  I went into David Yurman this morning to get my 4 bracelets cleaned. I got there right after they opened. 4-5 employees standing around, no customers, until I walked in. I was greeted, I told the gentleman I wanted to get my bracelets cleaned. His tone immediately changed and he said “okay, you can wait back there”. I walked to the back of the store and waited a few minutes. A woman came over, took my bracelets and said “this will take about 30 minutes, and he will get your information”. I walked back over to the same gentleman who had originally greeted me. He took my name/my phone number down on a slip and said “this will be about an hour”. I said, “well, she said 30 minutes” and he said “yeah about an hour”. I walked out of the store, confused and decided to go back into the store and ask for my bracelets back. I said “unfortunately, I cannot wait an hour. I will just need to get my bracelets back”. He seemed shocked and said “oh, are you sure?”. I said “yes, I’ll just take my bracelets back”. He goes to the back, comes back out to me and says “she’s cleaning them right now. If you’d like to have a seat it’ll just be a few more minutes”. I say OK, I take a seat. About four minutes later, she comes out with my bracelets and a horrible attitude. She looked rather pissed that I was unwilling to wait 30 minutes or an hour to have her drop my bracelets into the machine and press START. Or however they clean them. A process which I’ve always been able to wait on and has NEVER taken longer than 15-20 minutes. Tiffany’s recently started this nonsense with jewelry cleaning and now DY, apparently. What poor, stuck up, customer service from yet, another luxury designer boutique.

  I had a fantastic experience at the David Yurman store! Virginia was absolutely awesome—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. The store manager, Kristin, was also wonderful. She made sure everything went smoothly and created such a welcoming atmosphere in the store. It’s clear the team truly cares about their customers and providing top-notch service. If you’re shopping for something special, I highly recommend visiting this location. Ask for Virginia—you’ll be in great hands!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had an outstanding experience at the David Yurman Dallas location, and I want to especially recognize Jose for his exceptional service. Every time my wife and I visit, he makes the experience feel personal, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. He has an incredible eye for helping us find the perfect pieces that truly fit her style and personality. Jose is kind, thoughtful, and never pushy — which makes a huge difference when you’re making meaningful jewelry purchases. He takes the time to listen, offers great suggestions, and patiently walks us through options without any pressure. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers make the right choice, not just making a sale. He consistently goes above and beyond, and because of him, we keep coming back. If you’re shopping here, ask for Jose — you’ll be in excellent hands. Highly recommend this store and his service in particular.
