I drove from plano to the north park store , the store and my watch are amazing . I have a 48 sized watch that I wanted a new strap for I asked the person at the counter and he said they didn’t have that size strap and told me to do it on the website and hastily rushed me out the door ,He did not even offer for me to look at another watch which I would have probably bought if he gave me any sort of customer service .
I was lucky enough to get Robert as my salesperson. He’s phenomenal! He knows everything about Breitling and educated me in a way it allowed me to make an informed buying decision versus feeling like I’m being sold. Never pressured me and allowed me the time I needed to consider a large purchase. After buying, he followed up with me by text to see if I had any questions. Since my first experience a few months ago, I’ve already gone back and bought another watch from him. This store is awesome and Robert is the guy to go to!

Staff super accommodating to my wife and I. I saw one of their watches online and wanted to see it in person. We decided to buy when we saw it & decided I liked one for myself. There were a couple challenges getting mine but the staff, especially Antonio, went out of their way to take care of me. We had a small problem with my wife's watch and went back a couple weeks later and they got it taken care of quickly and with great attitudes. Shout out to Arijeta, Helena and Marzieh who were also very helpful.

Two years ago i was in the market for a luxury watch, after walking around i stumbled upon breitling, my knowledge being limited on the brand, i asked about their return policy… i was reassured that there is a return policy of nine days… i came back the very next day to return the watch as i found what i was looking for online, to my surprise i am being told that all they can offer me is store credit, not only did this make me feel sickened but set the tone for breitling all together. Stuck with the watch, i accepted my fate and moved on. Fast forward to present day, i entered the store to swap the straps on my watch, the customer service was mediocre at best, moreover, following this a few college athletes walked into the store where the greedy salesman sucked up very well… offered them water and soft drinks. My question is this, where the hell was this level of service when i walked in? Is it because of my age and race? Its not everyday people spend thousands on a watch and i am thoroughly disappointed with breitling and this store. I personally have never felt so insulted in my life, in my culture, guest is god. This was a disappointment from the start. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
