I had a very disappointing experience at an Armani Exchange store.
I came in to return an online order, but the manager immediately told me that in-store returns for online purchases are not possible and that everything must be done through the website. He didn’t ask any questions, didn’t check anything, and clearly showed no interest in helping.
For reference, this was a manager with long hair and a heavier build. I believe his name is BO, based on what I was told over the phone.
After leaving, I called the same store and was told that online returns CAN actually be processed in-store. This means I was given incorrect information and was simply turned away without any real effort to assist.
This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Customers should not have to deal with misinformation or be dismissed like this.
Very disappointing experience.

found shoes I liked online and went to the retail store to try it on just to make sure it fits.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I just left from there. The staff was all Hispanics. They were not greeting anyone who walked in. The tone entering was so serious. They were just standing around watching and talking to each other on their head peices, constantly just stairing and not saying anything to us. That was the most depressing store I walked into in a long time. I had visited this store previously and it was not at all how it was today. My man went ahead and purchased a shirt but I told him let's leave Because the staff was making it so awkward in there. I'm not visiting this store anytime soon.
Horribly managed store the guy I suppose who was the manager was too busy on his phone ignoring customers the girls working there had very bad attitude unhelpful unprofessional needs improvement in better management

I went into the store last week and bought a shirt as a gift. My boyfriend didn’t like it, so I came back to return it. I purposely didn’t return it during Black Friday because I knew the mall would be packed.
This time, the experience was completely different. No one greeted me when I walked in, unlike last week. I told them I was returning a shirt, and neither associate said a single word to me. The girl handed it to the guy to check, and he looked it over like he was trying to find something wrong with it. He even “acted” like there was a stain—if there was, they gave it to me that way because the shirt was never worn.
They processed the return without saying anything. No “thank you,” no explanation of how long the refund would take, nothing. I get that some people wear things and return them, but I’m not one of them. The whole interaction felt very judgmental and unprofessional.
They should really train their employees better. Had they simply been polite or welcoming, I would’ve considered coming back. Won’t be returning to this location again.
