  I bought jeans pants and they had a price tag of 70% off and when I bought it they charge me full amount, when I asked why you have wrong marketing price the manager was really rude. Seriously don’t do that scam American eagle. Better check the price and if you have wrong price that’s ur mistake so better learn how to deal with costumer rather than being rude. Manager really needs to learn being respectful to costumer.

  I had one of the worst experiences today at Aerie today with the employees. I would expect it out of random people in the store, but the employees? I was curious about the price of a jacket and they were all snarking about right in front of my face. I left for a small minute to see the show that was happening outside and went back in, one of the employees looked me up and down and started laughing with another employee. I genuinely do not know what I was doing to receive this type of behavior when all I did was browse around. Please do better on hiring a better team that actually respects their shoppers of ones who believe they are better than everybody else.

  Employee’s are just flat-out rude. Hiring Manager please consider doing A better Job. Hiring snobby Teenagers with ZERO (I’d personally be surprised if they actually had any) customer service skills does not make this brand look good whatsoever. The lack of basic human decency or etiquette in the retail industry these employees of yours exude is nasty. I mean seriously? They’ve applied for the service industry but can’t put down their “Mean Girl” persona’s for a couple hours a day. Please do look into the people you are selecting, The way these people treat their loyal customers is Disgusting.

  I will not be coming back to this location.I came back today to do a return and I took the tag off which I get the policy but I still did bring back the tag .What upset me that while talking to another manger she sat there and accused me of wearing the top and bringing it back and every time I come to this location the product are always dirty the top was dirty when I bought it and the cashier didn’t take the time out to even look at it. This manger also said that if it was damage then it would have been a final sell and I can’t return it which I was not informed of because the cashier didn’t check the top. The whole experience was really upsetting cause there were better was to talk to a customer about policy. This happened at the offline side of the store.

  I bought 5 items (t-shirts, shorts) on 6/21/2025 from Galleria Dallas outlet. The t-shirts got shrink 2 inches, after first wash (normal wash soak only). I've asked into the same store for return, exchange or refund, but they denied as I washed it and shared the customer care number. I've contacted to customer care and shared all the photos of bills, tags, but after 3-4 days. they denied my request. Please don't buy these article.
