  I was kindly asking an employee if they had something in stock. And was met with so much attitude and the employee said do you want me to find it or not. Horrible customer service

  I had a wonderful experience at ALO! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt modern, clean, and very inviting. The space is beautifully designed—minimalist yet warm—making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the experience. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure everything was comfortable and took the time to assist with any questions, which really added a personal touch. What stood out the most was the overall quality—from the service to the environment, everything felt thoughtfully curated. You can tell they really care about giving guests a great experience. Overall, ALO is a place I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, high-quality experience with excellent service. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

  Just want to share and see if anyone has the same issue w quality? Im just wondering if mine is an isolated case or just a simply a defect in their apparel…. And i have reached out to Alo store in northpark and customer service online. Purchased a mens hoodie for $158.00 a few months ago and barely used it since i traveled to Asia for two months and i don't need the hoodie lol. I reached out to the store and to ask them about the quality cause its pilling… forms little balls of lint and fiber… reached out to customer service and provided them with all the info they asked. Date of purchased, amount last 4 digits of the card used. At the end of it all they want me to go back to the stoe in North Park which the store told me to go online!!! Attached is a picture if the hoodie. Shame cause its my first purchase at alo and li love the hoodie design.

  Creo q un requisito para trabajar aquí es ser grosero… todos los empleados amontonados haciendo cuentos y cuando pregunto por un size después de más de 20 min viene al fin la empleada y me dice q no hay pues hice el intento de preguntar a otro y enseguida me lo consiguió… ya no visitaré esta tienda ni q fuera tan barata
