I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Please contact me immediately to finalize my return. I am writing a second review because I still have not received any response from Sunglass Hut. It has been over two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact them (including their customer care form and direct messages), I have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. My issue remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for a proper return and refund.
