  I have to say I’m really impressed with the warranty service offered here. I have a 28” spinner that American Airlines damaged on a connecting flight in Philadelphia (ripped off the top carry handle). By their own rules I filed a claim within 24 hours and provided proof, but AA still refused to take any responsibility whatsoever 😡 … Not to worry, Samsonite team to the rescue!!! For $20 the store shipped my damaged suitcase to their repair facility and a brand new handle was installed at no additional cost. They sent it back directly to my house in just over a week (2-3 weeks was originally quoted). Right in time for Christmas vacation! 🎄 Thank you so much! Very happy customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I was extremely happy with the service Fabio gave me. Very pleasant and professional. He even patiently waited for me while I was lost in the mall trying to find the store, when actually he had an important appointment. Very satisfied with the service provided indeed! Thank u Fabio!
