  I was recently at The Royal Standard in Cypress and had a bag embroidered as a gift. Sarah was super helpful in the process. She explained every thing and the bag was a hit! Highly recommend them for any gifting needs.

  Actually I give this location 0 stars! I have shopped with TRS at this location since they opened and EVERY year at the Nutcracker Market. I have so much of their merchandise from housewares to jewelry and clothes. I’ve gifted family and friends items from this brand every year. TODAY, however was my last time patronizing this brand. I walked in with my teenage daughter who also shops there and stood in line with 3 items totaling over $70. I waited in line while the manager assisted another lady to choose a plain bag or monogrammed bag for over 3 minutes (not an issue), making eye contact with me at least once. As the customer walked off to make her decision, I waited some more because the manager immediately put her head down in a log book and started typing on the computer. I was never greeted or asked to wait a few minutes while she wrapped up her “report”. I was not in a hurry. After several minutes, I decided to leave the items and take my money elsewhere. I left, but went back in to the manager who still had her head down and asked if she was the ONLY one checking customers out and she looked around and said there were 2 other workers. I told her I know they’re 2 other workers because they both were behind the counter conversing with you as o stood here waiting. She then tried to save face with a fake apology and start to check me out. I informed her that I put the items back and asked her, did she not see me standing there waiting and she replied she “thought I was still shopping” which was a lie as I was literally standing holding my items waiting. I walked away and one of the employees asked what was wrong while the manger turned her back as if she had provided some type of customer service. I now see ALL the bad reviews and will NEVER spend another cent here. RUDE, JUDGEMENTAL, and POORLY TRAINED staff. I’m surprised they’re still at the TL Boardwalk with this type of business ethics. ****TLDR- I will no longer shop here after several years due to rude and poorly trained staff! The STANDARD was very short of ROYAL today!
