- JJJamila JonesSep 22, 20241.0Horrrrrrible experience. Run don't walk. I purchased a pair of $500 Gucci glasses from this location while traveling and they broke 2 weeks later. I have called this store no less than 20 times and they have never picked up. Solaris does not have a website nor a customer service number - literally try and find either! Sunglass Hut - their sister brand, created a support ticket that I have escalated thrice and again no help! I'm about to call my credit card company and report fraud because this is nuts. Do not purchase from this company!! They do not have the same customer service or infrastructure as Sunglass Hut although they are owned by the same company. You will receive no help if something happens to your purchase!

This sister store has much more variety/abundance of sunglasses compared to Sunglass Hut, so this is an ideal place to decide on a pair versus shopping online. I am beyond happy with the sunglasses the manager helped me pick out as a treat to myself for graduating college. Maui Jims for the win! Their designs and lens quality/contrast are unbelievable. Totally worth the price.
