Movado, how do you hire a manager, who’s supposed to be a people’s person, with no people skill? That’s their only job - manage people which includes customers. Every time I pass by, your store barely has a customer or two. This incident answered why. Please do better, cause your brand’s amazing and this manager is ruining your brand’s reputation.
