- JJJacobOct 6, 20251.0Me and my wife have visited this store plenty of times, and the service and the store have always been fantastic. Unfortunately I have to write this review because our experience was spoilt on the sole purpose of the store manager, who I believe is called Brian. He is very unwelcoming and honestly has no common sense. He was belittling a member of staff in the store and the poor girl did not nothing wrong, he was just trying to assert his authority but it made everyone very uncomfortable. This is not the type of behaviour you should expect when going to a prestige place like Michael Kors

He is extremely rude and unprofessional and honestly he treats people differently due to their race, it’s very obvious. He needs to be removed from the store as the girls could run this successfully, because whilst Brian is there this store will continue to get negative reviews as customers are not getting the service that Michael Kors is known for.

She has made the whole experience fun, easy and makes you feel so comfortable. Merlie is the best salesperson you could have ever asked for. I only come here because of Merlie and trust me you will be here all the time because of her. She never applies any pressure and always gives you the best advice. Love love love her and Michael Kors is lucky to have her!!!!

She showed me the new collection that had just came in and was able to help me find a better gift for my wife then what I was originally thinking. Will definitely be back.
