  I ordered 5L festival bag of and it is small. It's a regular shoulder bag size. I was thinking for the price that the bag is bigger as Lululemon had a bigger version than this "5L" bag. Such a waste of a gift card. Small item overpriced. Lululemon's style is to make everything smaller for a bigger ticket price. I had ordered a compression tank before and it was very unfitting. Size was very tight around the neck area, armpit area was wide and didn't fit correctly. Only God thing was the zipper. I ended up giving it to a teenager but I don't think it fitted her well as the boob area didn't cover correctly. Again, overpriced for a small item that does not fit correctly. Poor quality control all around and poor style management. The only positive feedback is the color of the bag. Not to mention, the black with silver zipper looks way better than the gold zipper but Lululemon will not bring that version back for some reason. For the price, make the bigger size again. That one is truly a travel size bag.

  On the busiest shopping weekend this place has it together. The store was kept as organized as possible and the staff was amazing. It was easy to get help and they even searched the store to find something their system said they had in stock! Thanks!

  This is the only Lululemon outlet store in Houston, and it has always been my girlfriend and I’s favorite. The staff are usually very nice and friendly. However, we had a really unpleasant experience a few days ago. We went in around noon, and the store was very crowded. While picking clothes from the rack, a woman told her that the items she was holding were "hers" because she had placed them there. She had taken a huge pile of clothes. We didn't understand-does placing them on the rack mean she already bought them? Or that she's still deciding? Yet she put the clothes down and gave them to her. Later, when checking out, we saw her again. She had placed all those clothes on one side of the cashier counter, and they were just taking photos of the clothes. Clearly, they were not staff, but they grabbed the last items we wanted. When we asked the store associate if there was more stock, she told us everything was sold out. Those women never even bought anything. While customers like us who truly wanted them couldn't purchase them. When we finished checking out and were about to leave, we saw her put all the clothes back onto the rack again. It was honestly ridiculous.

  This store is always packed. We like it here. Plenty rooms to try on. Staff were friendly enough.
