Be aware if you are going to the mall. My car was just stolen today 12/28/2025 around 2:00 pm. It was a GMC Denali pickup. We were parked near Sacks entrance, parking lot H. Don’t leave anything valuable inside and don’t park too isolated. I had to call mall security as they don’t have an office or location inside. Police did arrive within 20 minutes after filing the report.

Great place to shop with many popular stores to choose from. I don’t usually have an issue with what I’m shopping for being out of stock but it does happen occasionally. The grounds are very clean and well kept. Dining includes a food court, food trucks and stands (including snack stands) throughout the property. Plenty of seating and entrance/exit points throughout as well. Most stores offer very good prices but some stores will also have newer items that are full price not displaying they are not outlet prices.

My experience at this Lacoste location was uncomfortable and disappointing. My boyfriend and I were shopping when he made a light, awkward comment about leaving the store. A sales associate overheard and responded in a confrontational tone, saying she had hearing aids and asking aggressively what he said. Another associate then chimed in and publicly corrected him by saying “don’t make jokes I don’t understand.”
The situation felt unnecessarily escalated and embarrassing. Regardless of intent, customers should be treated with patience and professionalism. I did speak with the manager afterward. While he apologized, it didn’t feel very sincere or like the situation was taken seriously.
Overall, the lack of empathy and customer care really affected our experience, and it’s not an environment I felt comfortable shopping in. Mid Day-12/21/2025
