- SASonya AllenJul 2, 20252.0I will never use this location again. My husband and I are celebrating our 42nd anniversary, so I placed an order online for delivery to his job. After looking at the order online I realized that the delivery address may be incorrect AND I wanted to reword the message. I sent an email to the order team who shared that they had reached out to the location and sent me their number. I attempted to call multiple times. NO ANSWER, so I called a different location to see if they could see the order. They couldn't assist me, but they did share that the location I was trying to reach NEVER answers the phone. So after multiple calls I got in my car and drove 10 miles to double check my order. Of course by the time I got there I was very annoyed, so when the employee comes out to help me, I immediately asked "What business doesn't answer their phone!!" I expressed my frustration at having to drive 10 miles to address an issue that could have been handled with a simple phone call!! Her response "The ringer must have been turned off. It has happened before and she would inform the owner again." If I were the owner it wouldn't have been an AGAIN it would have happened only once!! Because my employees would have received consequences for that foolishness!! After all that!! I received a call this morning saying the Happy Anniversary balloon bouquet I ordered was not delivered because they had no helium......NO HELIUM!! I will be very careful to never use this location again.
