Sunday morning, I received a voicemail saying the store had run out of flowers and that I would be credited for them, and that only the fruit arrangement would be delivered. On Monday, we checked with the recipient and were told nothing had been received. Customer service said the order showed as delivered and that the issue would be escalated to the manager and driver, and that I would receive a call back. I never did. Later Monday evening, the recipient discovered the box had been left inside their mailbox, where it had apparently been sitting since Sunday. This was a perishable item and should never have been left there. As of today, I still have not received a call back. The lack of communication, improper delivery, and overall handling of this order was very unprofessional. I would not recommend based on this experience.
