  I saw a sign that clearly said “Waffle Hoodies & Pants $29 each,” so I picked up a pair of pants. However, at checkout I was charged $32.97 instead. When I asked the manager about the price difference, I was told to get back in the line again. The price on the sign was misleading, and making customers wait in a long line again is very unprofessional and inconvenient. This was a disappointing experience and I hope the store improves their customer service. Please check your receipt carefully, other customers should be aware of this, because the same thing could happen to you. I hope the store fixes this misleading pricing practice and improves customer service.

  My experience was awesome. An employee with the name Joseph Diaz treated me and my family so nicely.He is an employee everyone in the retail industry should look up to.

  only ever get good customer service from the men managers who work there never the young girls especially today 9/29 at 1:35pm
