  The customer service at the online pickup counter could have been better. There was no greeting or apology for waiting on someone to show up. Provided my items without a bag and had to ask for a bag.

  The greeter at the front makes the shopping experience a bad one as soon as you walk in through the door, I came in with a return, and she immediately had an attitude and asked if she could help me. I politely told her I had a return and she kept asking if I have a receipt or when I bought it, I politely declined and told her I want to go speak to a cashier. She got defensive but finally let me go. She acts like a security guard. She’s an older lady. I understand they feel bad for her and gave her that job because that’s all she can do in her last few years, but it really ruins the shopping experience and the expectations from a big retail store like this. From now on, I will only shop at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Their staff is incredible and always makes the customer happy

  Blake was very attentive and informative giving his recommendations for track spikes and running shoes. If he was not sure he asked the professionals, and found out the answers to our questions. Thank you so much for your time, and excellent customer service. He really went above and beyond to find the right shoe size, and get all of our questions answered. It was refreshing to see that some of these younger generations still have a great work ethic not just doing the bare minimum. Keep it up! You deserve a raise!! Thank you.

  Purchased a handgun and shotgun online and was refused delivery at this store because I own two homes one to which my credit card is attached to and the other one where I actually live, which Is on my drivers license. Was told I could not purchase a weapon because my billing address did not match my drivers license. Will never purchase a single thing from any academy ever again and I am reporting you to the NRA
