However this Thanksgiving the team at the store absolutely outdid themselves! I am so grateful! So very grateful indeed! Despite my late ordering a fun, festive fall bandanna for my daughter’s puppy for this special holiday, I received the beautiful handiwork of the Monogramme29 team well before the Thanksgiving day. It was unbelievable service! Perhaps it was the personal note I attached explaining this would be the puppies first holiday, or the rush fee (minimal) or even both…what I know is their company always (always!) shines and strives for both professional and personal service! If you are in the market for someone of their amazing caliber to help care for your beloved four legged babies, look no further! They have a program called “Posh Pets” that is a stand alone. But whether the monthly program or an individual order, the service remains exemplary. Truth is…They think of your pets and their pets family’s like they were their personal family members. And, y’all…who does that anymore? I can think of no other!
