I spoke with Jena over the phone to make her aware that I was in Atlanta, GA and not be able to pickup the order in College Station, Tx until Wed (Christmas Eve). She said that I would be able to pick it up at the jewelry counter when I arrived on Wed. Her courteous and professional customer service were stellar on the phone, as well as in the store. No AI/robot interaction other than initial phone call from Atlanta to be routed and discuss my order concern.
