I still had other items on my receipt but she told me she wasn’t allowed to give it back. She gave me a huge attitude and started cussing at me and yelling In front of customers. The young black girl manager couldn’t even use her brain to snake the dressing room line differently so that customers could actually look at the back long wall of dresses. Several people were walking out and she didn’t care one bit on customer service. Too young to realize what exceptional customer service is and she frankly shouldn’t be a manager.
