- JTjessina tomFeb 3, 20261.0The store employee gave me such a hard time to return a meta glasses I got for my husband. First he said I have to have the phone( which is my husband's phone) that I used the glasses to factory reset it when on the meta app it said that you can do factory reset on the glasses it self. He himself has meta glasses so I'm not sure why he would not know. Then he said because I did a return on a return, I can only get store credit or a check. The first time I was at the store I had bought and returned at the store itself, I did not even step outside the store. It was his decision to not let me have have the money to my credit card as they don't have a policy like that. Stay away from the store, they are terrible at customer service.

I bought a new pair of Ray Ban glasses, but brought my old Prada glasses to repair, and he says that he cannot do anything today because it’s Black Friday. I understand it might not be another sale, but we still deserve a high quality service. I wouldn’t come back either refer to a friend.
