First time being there. Didn't get to stay long bc it was almost 8pm. Seems like a good mall with a lot of options.

Specifically this store see photo and video. Amazing soaps. Must haves. They smell so good I could almost eat them. The smell isn't subtle either it's strong and very appealing. Go get you some non chemical soaps. Definitely worth it. Three cake soaps and get one free. 19.99 each

Yhe mall itself isn't bad. I have an issue with the Candy store downstairs. Sweet Treats The Candy Jar. I bought a bag of candy the other day, it was littered with bugs. Think there weevils and fruit flies. They refused to give me a refund. The owner wasn't even there, leaving the a young and flustered Indian girl to deal with it. Never coming back again!!! Never!!! Then they had the audacity to leave the candy out.

I have been coming to this mall for a little over 20 years. In my 20’s I worked at various stores, Dillards, NY&Co., Bath and Body Works, Victoria Secret, and even the Chili’s outside of the mall. I know it very well. Lately I’ve been coming every week to walk because my daughter is taking classes at the Zach Scott nearby, and I have to say it is so depressing. The parking lot is so run down, you can no longer see the parking spot lines or even some of the driving lanes. I watch people drive down the middle of two lanes and in the wrong direction because they must not see the lines. The trees need trimming and stone work needs power washing. The two main entrances look so dirty. And then there’s all the cheap stores inside. I know they have to do what they can to keep tenants in the building, but who wants to buy all that super cheap fake branded stuff. No plus size clothing stores either. The crazy thing is that I think people want to go back to the malls, but the stores just aren’t there anymore. The bathrooms smell, Macys bathroom rundown, dirty carpets at stores and torn up furniture in the sitting spaces. Maybe focus on events, an entertainment space, gym? Instagram account should feature all the food and drink places, the restaurants there now, new stores, and sales. I have so many ideas. You can see how many young people are there, but we need to bring shoppers back! We need service at dept stores back! #bringbackMalls
