  I moved farther away from Barton Creek Mall, which had an Aerie & Offline store, so now I purchase online and pick up or return at this AE location. I’m always greeted warmly, the store is tidy, and returns are quick and easy! I’ve had over 10 visits to this store this year and love their great customer service.

  This is my nieces review for her 12 Birthday Celebration: Wide leg jeans are the rage! was with my Auntie looking for some nice jeans because it was my birthday. Hollen and Derek really helped us with finding the jeans I wanted and they were also very nice.

  If I could get half a star I would. I normally never leave reviews but this business is poorly ran. I got to the register to pay for my jeans and I asked if they still gave student discounts, then the cashier asked her co worker and she immediately said “NO” . After that, they asked “ Mark” who is supposed to be a manager and he straight up said “No unless they can show us that they have a 3.0 GPA or higher they get a discount but we don’t offer any other student discount” Lol I didn’t get signal in store and I didn’t want to hold up the line any longer so I just went ahead and paid full price. This store is a joke. Don’t let them troll you and download UNIDAYS to get 20% OF FOR BEING A STUDENT which is a better deal than their little 3.0 GPA advertising. I feel so bad for the cashier helping me out because she was genuinely trying to help me by telling her manager that they were promoting the GPA (student) discount and for the other girl to ask mark.
