- HHHoneyB22Feb 26, 20261.02/26, My mom asked for a new bra; stopped by JCPenney in Cedar Hill for what I thought would be a quick pick up. The intimate section is a jumbled, disorganized mess. Bras noted as "in-store" online are NOT in this store. When I tried to find an associate to help me, I searched multiple aisles/ departments & found NO ONE (other than a rep in jewelry helping two customers). I grabbed a bra I hope will work & headed to the back register. The cashier Pauline was polite and friendly; the bra I grabbed was supposed to be on sale but rang up $18 higher; so Pauline told me she had to go physically look at the price tag and left the register. When she returned she noted there was a sale sign posted ; but stated it was a mistake as the sale noted did not start until 3/2. After brief hesitation, she agreed to honor the sale price posted. Jeez... How ridiculous.

I found some things and went to stand In line...I knew it would take a while due to last minute shopping..but the line took 2hours to get though. Met some really nice people in line. So when it was my turn to check out, seen there was only 2 checkers. And some big shot came up front and told us not to complain..in her nastest tone. The line wasn't even complaining..I asked her name and no one would give it to me ..not going back to JCPenney..some of the workers there are just plain RUDE
