  Everytime I get an order of chocolate chip cookies they’re always hot and ready,easily the best place for fruit arrangement and sweets!

  My son ordered me a fruit basket along with three beautiful balloons today in which the fruit was not sweet and certainly not the best quality in my opinion. I called and spoke to Samantha, who then spoke to her manager Alma, who sated I could come back on Wednesday for a fresh batch of fruit or this evening to get the money back. I took the basket back and spoke to Alma who refused to honor her word. She was very unprofessional, combative, lack control of her emotions and insulting to me!! Not competent at all!!! Alma has no business being in a management position, Alma also stated she is somewhat of the owner!! It is apparent she does understand her role. She is going to ruin the owners business!! I have spent tons of money here!!! Never again!! TJ is the owner and Alma made it clear she would not contact the owner on my behalf. Alma said she was tired and had been working every since 5:00AM and was ready to go home. Alma even took a call from her father and was chewing and poping gum in front of me the customer!!! What a despicable display of a manager!! Alma certainly could NOT work anywhere else with that attitude. This was certainly a horrible experience dealing with Alma the manager!! If I was able to mark a zero I would have.

  Pickup procedures for V-Day was confusing. They did a good job quickly getting orders once someone asked if they could help. The pickup was all on the side out of a truck basically. Bad day for outside pickups with all the rain. Parking was tight and signage for what to do was not real clear. Be careful

  Pretty sure my husband spent a pretty penny for these sad flowers we got. Flowers and baby’s breath are flat & dead. Flowers at Walmart looking better than what they delivered. The quality is definitely way below what you’d expect for the pricing! Do better!

  I just wanted to shout out to this store. Ms Alma helped us over the phone. Got our order placed correctly. My grandson and I came in to pickup and she was very sweet. Thanks for your help Ms Alma.
