- MLManuel LeonApr 14, 20241.0Went in to purchase some shirts. I saw one that I really liked, but they did not have one in my size, but I noticed the one on the mannequin was my size, so I asked if we could get that one. To my surprise, the store manager replied “nope.” I asked her if there was any particular reason, and she said “nope” again. She never shared a smile or an apology for not being able to do it, or at least a reason why. I’m in the sales business and trust me, never ever have I seen such bad attitude, especially coming from a manager. By the way, her name is Brooke. I felt really discriminated against and ended up leaving the other shirts and not buying anything, but something good came out that since I was with my twin sons and they learned to never treat someone like that. Super bad customer service, even the guy that first assisted us was ashamed of her attitude.
