- DDDynishaFeb 17, 20254.0My son and I visited the Cole Haan Store at the El Paso outlet earlier today. I have to say this is the first time I walked out in under a min. The young man and women who work at the store never acknowledge me/greet me. Poor customer service, the impression I got, they could care less if you purchase from there store. ________________________ Update: A Thank you goes out to Cole Haan corporate office and Rachel at the local Cole Haan store who reached out to me about my experience. The phone call from Rachel was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be back again.
