  They are wasting time . They didn’t put shirt on right place or right price .i took two shirt there is price mention $14.99. When I went to counter they said not on this price(14.99) . I show them also picture price .they said that price tag is wrong .i don’t understand anything.so why they kept shirt on that price tag . They have to put on right place .so customers don’t have waste time on that.

  Went there at Christmas time I was looking for a brand name “The Foundry “ but they no longer carry that “ I bought their new brand sizes may vary 😢Just saying ❣️💯🔥⬆️

  If i could i would give this store a 0.... My dad purchased some jewelry for my mom and they opened up a credit card that day. The male associate asked my dad if he wanted to pay for the total of put it on the newly approved credit card. My father paid in cash 162.34 dollars and he received a bill!!! JCPenny is charging my dad twice! We went to the store to try and get everything resolved just to be turned down and told that there was no manager and we couldn't prove that he paid in cash.... We have a damn receipt! Thieves is what the have there, someone even took my dads phone and said they would write a good review for themselves simce my dad didn't know how. My father doesn't speak English and this individual knew Spanish, however he was taken advantage of. ..
