- BZb z3 days ago5.0Purchased my first compound bow through the website and picked it up today. Hayden in the archery center was a huge help, set my bow up for me and was a wealth of knowledge. Answered all my questions and gave me the pointers I needed to get started. Hayden made the experience 5 stars and definitely deserves a raise. I will be back for all my archery needs as long as people like him are behind the counter.

The woman who answered the line not sure if she was indeed the operator (sounded middle aged or a bit on the older side) but she was very condescending and hung up on me as I was thanking her for her time. I mean I get it that it’s Christmas Eve and maybe she’s upset for having to work or that it’s busy but it is the holidays and maybe should consider having someone else answering the phones who’s more helpful. Hopefully a better experience when we visit the store.
