Almost immediately, an employee approached us with an aggressive and rude demeanor, asking “Do y'all need help?" The interaction felt less like a customer service check and more like we were being interrogated and profiled. Her actions became even more confrontational when she immediately called security. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way. I felt singled out and deeply disrespected based on what I can only assume was my appearance.
