  I ordered some Dubai Chocolate chip cookies and 2 large mylar balloons for my dad's 75th birthday and what was delivered was totaled trash. Hmgot regular chocolate chip cookies and a mini plain heart balloon n a another cookie taped on top of the. Ox. So disappointed. I emailed them no reply I called the store and regional manager was supposed to call and no response.. trash trash trash

  Horrible services, I ordered something online and they delivered something totally different, I called the store and they told me that was the only flowers they have!!!! wow i would never order from there again

  I placed this order a week and a half for my friends Birthday and by the time she received it her Birthday party was over. It wasn't del. until 6:00 at night pretty much the day was over. Really disappointed.

  STAY AWAY! DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Very disappointed on the quality of this location and the representation of the company itself, a family member sent me an arrangement for my birthday and when I received it, the part of the fruit arrangement was fallen and broken on the plastic that covers the arrangement itself, the note was BLANK! Absolutely nothing on it, I had to call the location to get the representative to tell me who they were sent from OR if there was a message even sent, his response was the printer was out of ink and they were not able to print the message on the card, I asked if he could email me what it said he said he didn't have that option, the best he could do was read to me what it said on the phone and that even since he didn't speak Spanish and the message was in Spanish, absolutely so unprofessional. That was just the beginning, when I ate some of the strawberries covered in chocolate the chocolate either was burned as covered or was old expired chocolate, NEVER will I do any business with this location!

  I was definitely disappointed with my experience with this location. I live out of town & wanted to surprise my elderly grandmother with an edible arrangement for her birthday. I called at noon on a Saturday & spoke to the manager named Isaac to inform him I would be placing an online order for Monday. Isaac explained that most of the items available online were unavailable in store & delivery would not be an option. I decided to go with a basic/standard arrangement for simplicity & paid extra to add a Happy Birthday Cake Pop. I verified that my order would be ready for curbside pick up by Monday at Noon & provided two names & phone numbers in case the arrangement was ready sooner or later in the day. Isaac assured me the order would be taken care of. Monday came around & the status was “in process”. I gave Isaac the benefit of the doubt that he would keep his word & call for pickup considering he is the manager. I was beyond disappointed when I called to see if the order was received. I called Tuesday to find out what the issue was & see what my options were to make it right. Isaac’s excuse was basically that the order was ready & no one ever came by. I asked if he called anyone & was told he was too busy because he was basically alone all day. I asked if it would be possible to remake the order & was told it could be ready in 15 mins... funny how a “fresh order” could be made that fast but somehow wasn’t an option on Saturday. Customer service is extremely subpar. I cancelled my order & asked for a refund. Isaac stated it wouldn’t be processed til the end of the day as he was busy & alone. Not surprisingly the refund wasn’t processed until I followed up a week later. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. My family & I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be doing business with this location ever again.
