- JJJaToya JohnsApr 26, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed with my experience at JCPenney. The store was messy and unorganized, with clothes and merchandise thrown on the floor and shelves looking completely picked over. Walking through the store felt like navigating a maze because everything was so cluttered and jumbled together. To make matters worse, there were no regular cash registers open, and I had to check out at the jewelry counter. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. This experience honestly made me not want to return, and I won’t be shopping there again. The store seriously needs better cleaning, organization, and management. There are plenty of other stores with a cleaner environment and much better shopping experience, and I’ll be taking my business there instead.
