  I was disappointed on both of my visits to the Mardel store in Beaumont. Being a Christian based store I was expecting more helpfulness and better customer service. The first visit I wasn’t able to get an item for the price advertised. The worker and manager didn’t seem to care by not being helpful. The next time there also was an issue with the price and new changes. The staff didn’t seem to care much and said the manager probably wouldn’t fix it. I have received better customer service from other stores and was just disappointed.Hope they improve for future customers

  My son and I visited for the first time and I must say. We truly enjoyed the entire experience. A wide selection of things and the staff was extremely helpful. Dealt with 3 different ladies and all were amazing. My son said the air was different in there 💪🏽❤️🙏🏽

  Wow, Beautiful store. Really enjoyed the way it's arranged, very spacious and great lighting. A large variety of Christian items. Highly Recommend Mardel

  Absolutely love this place. The staff is wonderful, and the selection is awesome. I'm a minister and use them primarily as a place to replenish my items I use for ministry work. Also the gift options are vast.
